of New York State 7th Annual Missing Persons Day.

by the mysterious disappearance of a loved one.
- Organizations
assisting affected families
Program:
The morning is exclusively for families/friends
and organizations assisting affected families. We are very
fortunate to have Duane
Bowers, LPC, as our featured morning presenter. Duane is a
grief therapist, educator and the author of “Guiding Your Family
Through Loss and Grief”. There will be ample time for
relaxed communication with others. Pre registration is required
The afternoon program is open to the public
and will begin at 1:00 pm with the presentation of the annual “HOPE” award.
The keynote speakers representing the University of North Texas
Center for Health Science and Human Identification will be
Dr. Arthur Eisenberg, a pioneer in the development of DNA/identity
testing methods and Mr. George Adams, the Missing Persons Coordinator.
The day will conclude with a ceremony to recognize our missing
loved ones at the NYS Missing Persons Remembrance.
